23-24.04.2026 - The Maria Grzegorzewska University
The theme of this year's event "Climate for the Talented – Climate for All" emphasizes the importance of building such a social, institutional and non-formal climate that will be conducive to recognizing and developing the potential, talents of children, young people and adults. We assume that the school climate is a key factor important for the development of potential, strengthening motivation and care for the well-being of students. At the same time, we emphasize that it is important to have a balance in supporting gifted students, but also not neglecting other groups.
The topics addressed concern theoretical approaches, in particular contemporary theories, and models of abilities, which emphasize the importance of climate and social impact for gifted people. No less important are the empirical threads, which will allow the participants of the event to get acquainted with current research in the context of formal, informal, and non-formal education. During the conference, we will address issues related to the school climate, well-being, inclusion, and the development of abilities and talents. It will be an opportunity to exchange experiences, learn about good practices, and start a joint reflection on how to create a friendly space for all students, regardless of their needs and abilities.
