Pedagogical system of continuous education of persons with severe multiple developmental disorders in the Republic of Belarus

The key guidelines for building a pedagogical system of continuing education for us were:  respect for the constitutional human rights to education  access to education at the place of residence  finding a person in the family  increasing family responsibility for the present and future of the child (adolescent, adult)  implementation of the main tasks of education The pedagogical system of continuous education is represented by the integral unity of all its interrelated and interdependent components (target, organizational, content, methodical, diagnostic, effective), the interaction of which is aimed at obtaining a socially significant result - a viable personality of a person with multiple multiple developmental disorders. The goal of lifelong education is the continuous development of a person with MSDT by means of social education in conditions of collective cooperation and accompanying by other people, providing an environment for positive imitation. Theoretically justified pedagogical system of continuous education allows to solve the problems of preparing a person with severe multiple disorders (hereinafter - TIMR) for life in a society of important social and pedagogical importance. In determining the content of education, it is paramount to improve the quality of life of a person with MSRT, increase his vitality, develop adaptive functional skills, use alternative means of education, correlate with the subsequent life of this category of people. Wherever a person is, he should be able to learn throughout his life. The lack of educational space leads to a very rapid loss of the developmental, correctional and educational environment, the extinction formed by a long way, with huge human and economic costs, vital skills that are unclaimed because they are not in a permanent active state, which ultimately leads to loss of the meaning of a person’s life with TMHP and the disintegration of a formed viable person.
