The challenge for the modern world has become the ability to function in a diverse society and to accept this diversity. Inclusive education plays an important role in promoting the diversity and basic values of a democratic society, i.e. tolerance, openness to diversity, respect for the dignity of every person. It counteracts discrimination and promotes respect for human rights. Inclusion is a broad concept that applies to all areas of social life. In terms of education, it is a process of change, a way of thinking, a culture that entails increasing the availability of teaching through diversification, creating individual learning programs, respect for diversity and culture of all participants in the education process. In the prepared speech, I will present proposals for changes and recommendations regarding the implementation of high quality inclusive education in the everyday practice of schools and kindergartens.
