Speech:

The importance of e-learning in the lives of people with disabilities.

People with disabilities are a particularly vulnerable group to marginalisation, social, professional and digital exclusion. Today, more than 1 billion people with disabilities live in the world. Moreover, the number of these people is not decreasing despite the increasing quality of medical services. The implications of disability affect all aspects of a person's life and functioning. A person with a disability must learn to live in the world of healthy people, which often turns out to be difficult or impossible. One of the ways to include this group in the society of people with disabilities is through professional activity, which gives the opportunity to be independent and fulfilled. This can be achieved through e-learning, which is a key element of lifelong learning.
