Inclusive education versus special education. In the flood of stereotypes or justified doubts? Opinions of proffesionally active and future teachers on the forms of education of disabled students

The presentation aims to present the results of research on the preferred forms of education for students with disabilities, which were conducted among teachers of the so-called subjects - students of post-graduate studies in special education and students of non-pedagogical faculties, preparing to work as teachers. The study was aimed at getting to know opinions about various forms of education, and in particular at getting to know the presented justifications of the elections. The written statements were analyzed. Preliminary results suggest that the majority of participants have little experience of contact with the disabled, and in the choices they are guided by colloquial knowledge and fears. This is worrying in the context of their participation in professional forms of education.
