Teachers’ self-efficacy and its importance for inclusive education

Self-efficacy concerns personal beliefs about a possibility to do something. The high sense of teachers self-efficacy is positively correlated with their involvement in a didatic process, work satisfaction, as well as students’ academic achievement. Implementing inclusive education currently is a priority for educational policy all over the world. It is important to search for factors that affect teachers’ sense of self-efficacy in inclusive education. It can be helpful in implementing inclusive edcuation successfully.
